Product Description

Potassium Bromate is white colored crystalline powder which is known for its strong oxidizing property. It has molecular formula KBrO3 with molar mass of 167.00 g/mol and density of 3.27 /cm3. With E number E924, this compound finds application in baking as flour improver. It allows higher rising of dough with good strength. This compound shows melting point of 350 degrees Celsius with 370 degrees C of boiling. It is completely free from impurities and assures reliable results. Potassium Bromate has also shown use for preparation of malt barley with reliable results. It is water soluble in nature with insolubility in acetone & ethanol.
